Our flags are steam-resistant and humidity-proof. Designed specifically for the catering industry, they won’t wilt, curl, or lose their shape when placed in hot, steaming dishes. Your presentation will look as professional at the end of the event as it did at the start.
1. Moisture Barrier
The paper used in our flags undergoes a hydrophobic coating or special treatment. This barrier prevents water molecules from water vapor (H₂O) from penetrating the cellulose fibers. Because the fibers do not absorb water, the paper does not become heavy or soft; it always maintains its crispness during printing.
2. Thermal Stability
High temperatures often cause ordinary adhesives to melt or “creep,” leading to flag slippage. We use heat-resistant adhesives that retain their stickiness even at high temperatures. Whether the food is fresh out of the oven or in a warmer, the flag stays firmly attached to the toothpick.
3. High Tensile Strength
We use high basis weight (GSM) paper with a specific grain direction. This gives the flags extremely high structural rigidity. Even in high humidity environments, the internal structure of the paper effectively prevents “sagging,” keeping it always flowing horizontally.
4. Breathable Ink Technology
Unlike cheap inks that may smudge or blur when exposed to water, our printing process uses moisture-resistant inks. These inks adhere firmly to the paper surface, ensuring that the colors remain vibrant and the edges remain sharp, even under the influence of kitchen steam.
